Complaint Review: DermaJuvenate

Hello, I ordered the trial shipment of Dermajuvenate in late June 2014 and received it within a week.  As the trial period came to an end I called to cancel any further shipments, but was told I was a day or two late and that a new shipment was already sent out to me.  So it was impossible to cancel that shipment and it would now cost me the full cost of $89.31 plus.  About a week later I noticed my Visa was charged that same amount on July 15/16, 2014.  

My MC was charged $89. plus and still haven't received it. So I called them in late August to ask them how come I was charged without even receiving the new shipment and basically got no answer just a lot of mumbo jumbo. To this day I have received nothing not the product or the money back. My wife and I are seniors and we are living on a fixed income.

Even though I still haven't received that latest shipment, so I called them shortly after that wondering why I was charged for a shipment I have yet to receive.  

The person I spoke with I could barely understand and got no results what-so-ever.  I did get the idea that I didn't order another shipment or something of the like.  The question here is if there was no other order how come my Visa was charged.
