I ordered product for a 20 day free trial, just pay postage. After 13 days I called to cancel. I was told it was too late, the trial started the day it was ordered. Person I was speaking to actually asked if I wash my face. When I insisted I wanted to cancel he offered he would let me have for 50% off, then 75%. that must really have a huge mark up. I finally got a cancellation notification on 8/6/15. On 8/11/15 my checking account was charged $87.49. I called again and was told I cancelled 7 hours too late. This is a total scam. I have since seen item in same packaging with a different label. This company is disgraceful.
