I was attending a Medical Conference(ASE) in Nashville, TN this past June.  Unfortunatly I made the mistake to enter the booth of this company DERMALACTIVES SKIN CARE. These people are apart of the Isarealy Skin Care Scam which is a national scam from store fronts to to Liosks in Malls. They lour you in by the "FREE" sample of moisturizer. Once you sit in the chair that is it your trapped!

For me I was put in a low stool with one male to my right the other in front of me while a table was to my left. Trapped!  I stated I only had a few mintutes to listen to their sales pitch on the proctuct and then I have to leave as I was on a short break to eat lunch....40 minutes later I was extremingly aggitated as I kept stating I need to leave I am not at all interested. They did not listen to my request.  With continued demands/ requests to leave I am not interested the one sales person David was putting cream after cream on my hand and this wrickle eye gel under my eye after I told him I did not want anything on my face. He showed me photo's of "OTHER HAPPY CLIENTS" from his cell phone. I asked him where he got the pictures from he stated, Oh, they are recent pictures of customers...  which is a violation of privacy, I'm quite sure none of these "Happy Customers" are even aware they are being used for advertisement of their SKIN CARE SCAM.

So, thinking to myself how am I going to escape this aggressive unprofessional, disrespectful behavior towards a woman, how am I going to leave this entrapment sitting on this low stool.  I asked about a return policy, I WAS TOLD BY DAVID, "ABSOLUTLY YOU CAN RETURN ALL THE PRODUCTS FOR A FULL REFUND" then I asked what the cost was, he said $2,350.00 for all this merchandise and he even threw in extra products. I said I WAS NOT INTERESTED as it was way too expensive and I'm in the middle of a house renovation.  Of couse the word "NO" was not being understood... his aggressiveness was stronger and intimidating. I was getting more aggitated because DAVID WOULD NOT LET ME LEAVE THE BOOTH!  So, I said yes,  knowing I could/would be able to return these products.

Here comes the "LIE and SCAM"  I gave the other guy to my right my Chase Visa CC'd, he swiped the card and a receipt poppped out of the little tiny device,  David then was holding another devise looking like a Blackberry and stated to sign in the box on the small screen, I asked what am I signing, I wanted to READ what I was signing and he refused to let me read the devise telling me it is the signature for the credit card and understanding the warrenty for this Hand Held Medical Device "Perfeccto" and skin care cream for the return, not to worry. He attached his business card to the reciept. Neither receipt given had ANY RETURN POLICY on it. NOTHING! It is illegal and a national law that ALL RETURN Policies need to be on the recept.  I did find out I have/had 3 days to return the products from a medical conference. This is a law!

The next morning I opened the email from this company DERMALACTIVES DBA: MEDILAZER a "LINK" webpage  to go onto to read the return policy and in BIG BOLD WRITING IT CLEARLY STATED "NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS"   although, in small writing it did state some returns are on a case by case policy.

I immediately put the merchandise into a box and shipped it to the Medi Lazer address on my receipt in North Miami. Signed and excepted by a representative of this company.

2 weeks went by, I called the CS number on this same recept and the girl transferred me to a mobile phone connected to Las Vegas,  which a male answered with a heavy accent. (As of this day he no longer works for this company)  Dealing with the manager Gal Shalvi of Dermanalactives DBA: GS INNOVATIONS made me believe I was getting my refund. After multiple conversations and stopping my payment to CHASE advising them I was scammed, a credit was given back to me.  After a letter to Chase from the manager a letter of lies, CHASE gave the money back to the merchant..  completely ignoring all my proof of being scammed and not owning any products. I have nothing!

To this date CHASE VISA took the side of the merchant, Gal Shalvi wrote a letter stating I purchased this product in his booth at the ADA Show in Orlando on the same date I was in Nashville, TN.  The products according to the merchant was sent back to me at my home address and refused the box.  Fed Ex shipped this box 25 days after the merchant recieved it in Miami to another address the merchant gave to them.  So I am out $2,350.00 and do not have the products.   CHASE VISA said this is my problem between the merchant and FED EX...  I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, soon with the FBI and BBB.

I asked several times for this merchant to give me back my money.... thinking they might have soul to return stolen money back to someone who really needs it.
