Complaint Review: dermanique

I had been sent several requests by Dermanique through various internet sites.  I finally thought it would not be bad to try it. Their site looks legit free, free and just pay the freight. of 4.+ dollars. It all looked harmless but little did I know that unline honest companies, Dermanique did not stat in front or told you that you must fufill other actions or be charged, Most companies verify the charges once or even twice so the consuners know.  Dermanique is intentially nisleading the public with their free sample when in fact it is not free at all. No telling how many people are getting charged without knowing it. I do go back on my bank statement to see if there were any unauthorized charges and yes there were two.  One charge in May ans another in August.  They space them apart so you do not see the charges ocurring every month.  This is how they are fooling thousands of people. I am sending back the two samples which were not even opened requesting a return receipt. I also called today was waiting for abut 15 to 20 minutes. I told the man on the phone that I am returning the product unopened, disputing the charges and told him not to charge my account for any other purchases.  He was reading from an form I could tell saying I agreed to the terms and contidition and the charge is valid. I disagree and with no product should in fact get the charges reversed.
