Complaint Review: Dermanu Eye & Dermanu Skin

Dermanu Eye & Dermanu Skin Bought through advertisement free trial offer just pay shipping fee, nothing about return in the package I reveived or be billed for it not was I asked about or saw anything in package about continuing to ship to me. Very misleading ad. I felt threatened by customer service rep when I called to complain and told them my credit card had been stopped as I did not authorize them to charge my card and that they would be investigating the customer rep refused to give me address and told me they would only help me if my bank dropped investigation and only afterward would Dermanu help me. Company misled consumers by playing on Dr. OZ as a reccomendation for their product and offering a free trial offer and all the consumer paid was shipping.

Received the product and there was nothing stating was a 14 trial I ordered on line or in the package when I received it, nor was there anything stating was to be an auto delivery every thirty days.

My bank that my credit card is through called me to ask if I had made a purchase to this company Dermanu for 89.47 and 94.00 and change on 5/13. I said no they canceled my card, and are going to investigate the company trying to charge my card. Then told me the info concerning who the company was and what the charges were they were trying to place on my card.

I heard the name and knew it was the company I had done the trial order with.  They never said naything in the internet

order or in the package I received about 14 days.

My understanding was it was mine to try for free if I paid shipping on 2 products which I did.

I finally found a number for them and called to get their address to ship back product and told them my bank had canceled my account due to my not giving them autorization to charge my account.

At that time the customer service rep made me feel threatened when she said as long as my bank was investigaying they would do nothing to help me, not even give me the retutn address, that once the bank was finished they might help me.

If I had the bank stop investigating or when they finished, then they might help me. That made me feel threatened by them

that they are trying to do something illegal on my account.

I finally through finding this site a a few others found I found their number and addre
