Complaint Review: DermaPure

DermaPure Flase advertising - No resposnes to e-mails as products was cancelled immediately. Sent canel e-mails within the hour to no avail. Tried calling the number and it was avaialble from my calling area. Chandler, Arizona

Ordered a so called free product - just pay shipping.  When I went back to the site I then noticed the fine print and immediately send a cancel within the hour of the initial order.  I again sent another e-mail the next day and no response.  I received the so called free product and called the 1-888-534-3596 number provided and it stated that the number was not available from my calling area.  I tried about 20 times and immediately realized that this was not right.  I went on line and googled dermapure and looked for another phone number.  I found an 1-888-589-3380 and  john answered.  I informed him of what happened.  He portrayed being the most level headed person but offered no relief.  I explained cancelling and he didn't want to hear it. He then offered to credit me 19.21 as I had already received the product.  (The so called free product which I pay on for shipping was actually 89.95 plus 4.95 for shipping, I found out after my 3rd call to the second number provided)  I then received after the initial 4.95 charge for shipping another charge to my credit card for 89.95 a month later.  I called again and got a Kelly who could not pull up my account at first and we went through it all over again as I had done with John.  After being irate at the process, she then said I could return the product and yes pay for the shipping back to 4340 West Chandle Blvd.  Suite 5 Chandler AZ  85226, which I will do today but I had to stop my credit card as I felt it would again be compromised.  We will see if I get anything back.
