I thought I was ordering a free sample to try and just like everyone else that has ordered their free sample from Dermasoft and Purecell I got screwed.  Their advertising is misleading and they should not be allowed to get away with it. I can't believe that they can continue to screw and scam people like this.  I was told that I was sent to collections because I did stop payment for the Dermasoft but I was not able to stop it for Purecell and the bank APGFCU will not reimburse me the money.  I called Dermasoft to get an address to send the product back and was asked my name, zip code and billing address.  I informed them that all I needed was an address to send the product back and she informed me that it was too late because I had already been sent to collections. I have two different bank accounts with two different banks.  I had ordered the "free samples" with one account and somehow they tried my second account to get the $89.95.  I have no idea how they were even able to do that.
