DermEsscence DermEssence charged me $94.95 and $93.89 for Glayeserum Total of $188.84 I sent them a letter no response and I never received order Santa Cruz California
10/04/16 I was charged $94.95 for DermEssence Face Cream and $93.89 for DermEssence Glayeseum. I called both numbers to stop the subscription for these items 877-854-9134 and 855-865-5991..I was told that company was unable to stop shipping on them..I spoke to first Nick and them Joslyn on 10/05/16.
I also spoke to my bank and they told me they could't help me either...Unless I could prove it was faud..
Of course I didn't read the small print that stated I had to contact them in 14 days ...I admit I was wrong...
So I figure when I got the merchandise I would sell on e-bay or something ...
Problem I got charged $188.84 and never received anything from this Company..I waited till October 24, 2016 and wrote them a letter they never responsed or did they refund my money...
