Dermitage Advanced Skin Renewal did not give me the RMA# in order to stop my trial membership as they said they would when i called customer swervice Ontario California

i originally placed an order with dermitage on 7-06-08 for a free trial membership for 30 days. when i called to get my Return Merchansise Authorization number from customer service they said that one RMA would be IMMIDIATELY be e-mailed to me. I called them on the morning of )08-06- 08.I have heard NOTHING from this company and this is tuesday 08-12-08.When I spoke with customer service pe return rson Dante, i was told that I had up till Sunday 08-10-08 to cancel & still be within the 30 day window. Without an RMA number I cannot return this crap & be sure it comes off my credit card. I will change accounts & notify my bank ASAP ,do anything to stop these people. Here is how to get your $$ back from Dermitage:

Send the following email with Subject line: DERMITAGE RIP-OFF

Please call me at (xxx) xxx-xxxx immediately. I will be posting all SYNDERO information, address and telephone numbers on the ripoff.com website so everyone who has been ripped off by your company can call you direct if I do not hear back from you by 5pm today. I received a call within 1 hour.

Send emails to all of the the following:
BAntestenis@syndero.com
PDonohoe@syndero.com
DElis@syndero.com
DLukrich@syndero.com

When they call, DO NOT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER. Simply say "THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE."

They ended up refund ALL my money and shipping/handling (s/h was the difficult part but say "NOT ACCEPTABLE." I got all my $ and they had me keep the product.
