Complaint Review: Dermitage

Dermitage does have a really good product. They however conduct unfair and false business practices and use deceptive advertising.

I would like to continue to use the product, but they lied to me on four seperate occassions, and when I asked to speak to a Call Center Manager, the person (Nicolle) told me that she was running the Call Center. I have never heard of a Customer Service Supervisor being the sole person to run a Call Center. I happen to have some expertise in this particular area.

I was charged more than they said I would be charged... twice. They can do whatever they wish, because they have your credit card number.

Do not order form this company!

It is really unfortunate, because I have already reccommended the product to many people, but have since regretted doing so due to the poor treatment and and service they deliver.
