Complaint Review: DermPure

After receiving the sample DermPure, I called the number given on the invoice to cancel any future shipments. I got an automated message that said, "Your account has already been cancelled." Later, I decided I need to ask something of a real person so I called again and waited. The man said that I needed to call another number because this offer was done with another company, DermPure. The number I was given was for PureCollagen. I called the number he gave me and waited. The woman who answered told me that my new order had already been shipped. I explained that the message said my account had been cancelled, so I didn't think I should be charged for this new shipment. She kept telling me that I should have checked the website. I asked why I should have to go to the website if a phone number was given for the same purpose. She basically said that it was my fault that I didn't go to the website. A supervisor was, of course, unavailable, but was to call me back and didn't. There were 3 different phone numbers involved: the one on the invoice, the one given to me by the first man, and the one that the woman said was " the only toll-free number we have" (even though we were SPEAKING on another toll-free number!!). Terrible run-around rip-off!!
