Complaint Review: DermPure

Back in the end of December, I ordered a body peel from Derm Pure.  It was a small fee up front, with the understanding that if I liked the product I would have to spend $119.95 to keep it.  January 7th I saw a charge on my credit card for $119.95, so I immediately called them and told them that I hadn't even received the product yet!  I was angry and told them I wanted to cancel the product, and they said they couldn't do it, as it was already on it's way.  Well, I never did receive the product, and I STILL cannot get a refund from them!  Every time I call, they say they cannot credit my card provided!  I have called my bank, and they aren't aware of any problems with my credit card what-s0-ever!  I have called them almost daily ever since, still trying to get my refund.  And yesterday they said I could just forget it!  I was so angry I cursed at them.  And I said I would not forget it!  I am so angry, I don't know which way to turn.  I am on disability, and $119.95 is a lot of money to me!!
