hi. im writing in a complaint on the deseret industries in federal way,wa. 1 of the cashiers and a female manager are changing the price on clothing items at the time of the customers checkout. Stating an item was incorrectly tagged. anywhere from $1.00-$3.00.

Theft at this store is rampid and the most common theft is when customers take tickets off of a cheap item and put it on an expenseive item. There is a price book at the registers that tells the staff what the price should be and there are codes on the tickets to help tell what department the price tag came from. The staff will accomodate mispricing at their end of things by workers in the back but if it is obvious that this tag does not belong to the item in question they will look up the correct price.
