Complaint Review: Desert Horizon Nursery

Desert Horizon Nursery is dishonest. I ordered and had delivered (4) 24 inch crated live oak trees. It wasn't until the next day that I noticed one of the trees was dead. All four trees delivered were in excess of ten feet tall and i just didn't notice one of the trees was silver instead of green the day the trees were dropped off.

I made several calls to the nursery requesting a call back and also mentioned one of the trees dropped off was not one of the four trees I selected in that a tree of this size edoes not die in 24 hours after delivery. The response I got back from the nursery was that I owned the trees the minute the delivery truck left and that obviously the nursery was not going to replace the tree because they did not plant it and obviously I killed it.

That is not possible.
