On June 24, 2015, I visited Desert Plastic Surgery Center for my appointment to have their "NON-SURGICAL FACELIFT" (with EMatrix Sublative Rejuvenation Treatment) for $300.00 (they claim reg. cost is $1,100.00).

First off, their "regular" price is nothing more than an utrageous ripoff and the $300 cost was money down the drain.  There was no visible change in the face, although they claimed it would appear within 2 weeks...WRONG!

Next, they attempted to sell me follow-up treatments in the event the first was unsatisfactory, to which I responded that I needed to see the initial results before proceeding further.  At that point, they admitted that the actual cost of this procedure was $500, NOT the $1,100 they claimed in their "Valpak" ad.

After approximately 3-4 weeks, I phoned them stating that I wanted a refund or repeat procedure since this one produced absolutely no noticable resaults.  They promised to phone me back and, after a week went by without any contact by them, I re-phoned them with my dissatisfaction and possible resolution of this issue.  At that point, I was told "We do not guarantee results..." and brushed me off without an apology or any options.

I understand the "no results guaranteed" comment - TO SOME DEGREE - however, one might speculate that any type of procedure priced at their "original" claim would have, at least, some visual and measurable results.

Unfotunately, I live on a very limited income and can not afford something like this that is totally useless.

I would recommend a potential client/patient examines every aspect of their claims before choosing to proceed.
