Design Savers Plan this company is not responding to any claims filed. They say none have been recieved. I have gotten several different fax numbers from this company and still no claims are said to have been sent. I have names and dates recorded on paper to who I have talked to and still no claims were said to havebeen filed. Atlantaatlanta Georgia
My husband and I have 3 children and are selfemployed with no insurance.this company sounded great,something we could afford.after we signed up for design savers plan we found out my husband needed surgary.no worries we up graded this plan.Its been almost a year and none of our claims have been taken care of.This company says they haven't gotten any claims.I have written down everyone I have talked to and fax numbers they have given me and still no response from them and no claims filed on my part they say.what do you do ?We have a 6000.00 dollar bill.
