Design Savers Plan with design savers plan I was paying for the services and not receiving the benefits of it. ripoff Aurora Colorado
My plan with design savers had been cancel in june, 06 and the payments was still taken out of my checking account as of august 12.
I call them about it and was told that their computer was showing it was still active.
But when I go to pick up my persciption every month I had to pay the full price instead of a co-payment.
I call again on july 20, 06. to make sure in was closed. They said it was pending.
Well on august 6,2006 another payment of 139.50 comes out. And then other payment of 139.50 out on august 12,2006.
So I call again and they tell me that because they refunded 139.50 in july. They had to take it out in august twice.
With out any notice to me at the time I hadn't received anything explaining what and why they took it.
But I did get a letter in august around the 3rd or the 4th. dated july 14, 2006 stating the reason for the return of 139.50
If I wasn't receving the benenfits of the plan why should I pay 139.50 a month.
I called 1-800-616-5709, another number for their customer service and was told by a person name vicky who was very rude.
That all I had to do was fax my bank statement over to her for the past months and my money would be put back.
I faxed it twice to 303-865-7070 which is the number she herself gave to me. But she claims she didn't get it each time.
I would be very thankful for any help I can get from you.
