Design Tropical ripoff, dishonest, irresponsable, bad manners Miami Florida
I order an awning from this company in August 4 2005. They came did the measuring and determine where the awning will be installed.
When they came and installed the awning, the installes notice that the measurments taken were not correcly and the awning will not fit.
I asked the to take it and they said that they could not take it because they were going to give me more options. It is november 14,I have contact them evry week since August30, and no one has come to fix, installed or take the awning.
The awning still in there barely hook to the wall. They have taken all the money from my bank account and the work has never been done

Unfortunately two years after this gentleman made a report we were informed, but ok. The information is completely falce. The customer was visited many times to solve the problem and it was solved. Awning is working properly.
That customer Jorge Acevedo has a pending due balance of 50% of the order and a collection company have tried to collect the amount without any success. The collection company has now our instructions to file a lawsuit to recover the due amount and for damage in the image of the company for falce information in the report.
