Designer Floors of Nashville, TN. have ripped off customers, workers, mfgs. and anyone they come in contact with. LOOK under Home Improvement for more details. I'm one of the people they ripped off for about $8000. They also charge you on those "No-Interest"loans.

Don't fill one out because you will wind up paying at least 10%, because they add this into the bid before you accept. If you don't finance they just make another 10%. They rip off mfg. by saying damaged, shortages, broken. The quality of their installations is terrible. Almost every installation during the 3 mo. I was there required a repair or they just sluffed it off and didn't do anything. There are a lot of people that are mad about Designer Floors and the quality of their work, how they collect their money, tax evasion, especially soc, unemployment. medicare, SALES TAX(HEY TENNESSEE, They are ripping you off for TAXES).
