Complaint Review: Designer's Choice

The owners of this company lied to me over and over again, they are not certified dealers of AICO, Michael Amini furniture as they claim they are. They buy furniture elsewhere and say it is from AICO. They told me I would recieve the furniture in 7-10 days and I never heard a word, finally I called them and they were very rude, this went on for 5 weeks. I called the manufacturer, AICO, they did not have an account with AICO, next thing I know I'm being screamed at by the owner because they got in big trouble. Finally after weeks of emotional distress, tears and worry, I have a delivery date and time....12:00-12:30 on Fri., April 4th. Well, about 11:45 that day, I recieve a call from the owner telling me that because I had contacted AICO their company ( Designer's Choice) and some other individuals were in trouble and there would be no furniture delivered to my house or anywhere and he was really not in the mood to deal with my C*** today. I told him I wanted my money back ASAP and he said it would be a few days, I responded with give me my money back or I'll have an attorney get it back for me! He gave me a check, which I cashed immediately...so I got lucky, but the next customer might not. These people are very shady!!!!
