Designs - John Sersch Rips his customers off by asking his Techs add (un worked) hours to the billing. Rips his employee's off by not paying them their final checks. Phoenix Arizona
As an ex employee of this company I can attest to the fraudulent business practices that John Sersch "owner" implemented and asked his employee's to comply with. During a meeting with John he informed me that I was to add one or more hours to the paper work for billing, and that this was called "Up-selling". These were hours that I actually didn't nor was any other employee on that job site.
This is not "up selling" Its ripping your costumers off! He did ad that in the event 2 or more work orders for the same company fell in order for the days work line up. "Only up sell one job location"! I guess he felt this would be wrong to rip them off more than once a day!
I could not go along with Mr Sersch in his ideas to "Up-sell" his customers. This was to much for me to handle in this brutal world of business.
As a payment for my not going along with this, and my separating myself from any and all dealing with Designs Inc. Sign Company and John Sersch here in Phoenix AZ. I was denied my last check!
I could hold on to this and be bitter for a long time. Or I could tell the truth about Designs Inc. Sign Company in Phoenix Arizona and John Sersch so that would be customers and would be employee's alike can see what they are asking for in doing any form of business with John Sersch and Designs Inc. Here in Phoenix, Phx, Az.
I am sure John will be looking to throw some legal threats my way. But, I have to ask! Can you sue someone for telling the truth about you?

Actually John,
The fact is that you ask more than just the original poster to help you defraud company's you contracted work from. There is more than enough proof of fraud if charges were filed against you. I for one would testify under oath that the statements made are true. You ask me to (tack an hour on) here and there as well. You have all so earned a reputation for not paying employee's what you owe them. That's the problem with ripping people off John. A warm body who will testify against you is proof.
The act of over charging company's with in a contractual environment is legally labeled fraud. It's all so punishable by law and can earn you 3 to 5 in the States finest accommodations.
I'd leave it alone if I were you, beings 2 or more have yet to gather in your name and spill it to the District Attorney.

This person has no evicence to this story and should provide proof. All employess were paid last paychecks. this would have been a felony if someone had worked for me and was not paid.
