Complaint Review: Desoto Production Inc. / Watermelon Festival Arcadia Fl

This festival was the worst festival i have ever been too, there was Not entertainment, the kids play area sucked, the guys were dirty and nasty, the event had noone there, the vendors were so upset, 
this guy Mark Moulton is a scam, never again...

the event was advertised FREE and i paid $5 to get in and when we was in the was nothing there, we paid a vendors fee to show my products and he say this event get 10,000 people and today it was maybl 300 he is a scam artist, we will never do a show with him again. 

then he said he won't give us our money back this is a scam scam scam......
