My best friend and I were talked into buying a $4000 Destination Paradise Membership wich would allow us to travel all over the world with great savings on hotels, airfare, condos, and cruises. We were not interested in the condos, but were promised that the savings we would see with other vacation accommadations we would not be disappointed.

Right after we got back from Hawaii, we were planning our next trip to Europe and were excited to use our new membership with Destination Paradise. To our disappointment, there were no savings at all (maybe $10 per night on the hotel, however airfare was more expensive than Orbitz). Realizing this we called up the customer service line (which was another battle on it own) to get help. We talked to a gentleman (a vacation specialist) who took our complaint and promised that a manager would contact us. We never heard back from him or a manager.

We started calling the Hawaii office to resolve this issue and after several calls we touched bases with the initial sales rep (on her personal cell phone). She informed us that she no longer worked for Destination Paradise and that we should contact Mike Balicki (person in charge at the Hawaii office). After several attempts to contact him, we finally were able to reach him and explain the situation. He informed us that if we had contacted him earlier he may have been able to refund our money. We explained to him that we wasted more than a month just being pushed from one person to another. Then we requested to talk to someone higher up than him and he said that would be Steven Taylor (the owner). He asked us to write Steven Taylor a letter expressing our concerns and issues with Destination Paradise. We didn't get a reply from Steven Taylor, but Mike Balicki wrote back reiterating what he had told us on the phone. It's been 6 months since our purchase and Destination Paradise has not taken any action to resolve this issue.

Do not buy this product unless you like wasting your money and want tons of headaches. Destination Paradise does not offer the service or product it claims.
