I was not in the market for any vacation or travel plans, as my husband is retired and we only live on one income, we sacrificed our savings to obtain this stupid plan, and now I know that we will not be able to take any trips or vacations, as our funds are now depleted.

I purchased this travel plan during my visit to Charleston, SC and I regret every penny spent on it. This was in December 2016.  When we got home I tried to call the number on the brochure with no luck. In the following days, I received two calls from different people, one identified herself as a new member services and the other as travel services, both left voicemails.  I tried to call the member service person @ 855-296-4742 and pressed option 4 as directed, with no success, the computer-generated voice said, "transferring you to that extension" then the phone would disconnect.  The travel services person provided a number  877-642-8742 which is out of service.

When we had the presentation, a man by the name of Randy Gardner identified himself as the Owner/CEO of Destination Travel aka Vacation Inspiration.  He stood there in front of me and my husband claiming how great this program was, and all for $8,500.00 (what a joke).  He then continued to lower the price until he gave us the deal of the century so we thought $3,500.00.  We felt that we had made a great purchase, but nothing he said is true, he said anything to get the deal.  We were under the understanding that we were entitled to four weeks at any condo we choose with no charge, we did not know that we had to pay for every reservation we would make, he made it seem as the 4 weeks he gave us was included in the membershipot.  That is false advertising at its best.  Even when you buy a time share you have at least one week included with the purchase, there is nothing, nada, included. not event customer service.

I have not been able to get through to anyone, and I paid for these services which are not being provided.  I want every last penny I spent on this Scam which was 3,500.00 refunded. I have made various calls to Mr. Gardner @  863-380-7446 with no success.  I don't want to be charged every year for a plan that is not providing any services which would be $199.00.  I want all of my money refunded back. .
