I bought a vehicle from "Rich" the supposed owner. Turns out his flunkie "Roscoe" is the actual owner. This leads me to believe that Rich has some things in his past that are questionable. That's speculation at best. Well, he took 1500.00 from me for a down payment, with an agreement that I would give him another 1500.00 later that week. In his defense, it took me longer, due to the fact that he won't accept checks or debit cards due to a paper trail.

Our schedules didn't match up, so he began threatening me with unwinding my deal with the finance company, who he told I paid the entire 3,000.00. He then started making violent threats towards me, and asking me for 500.00 more than I owe him due to "inconvenience" fees. After some investigation, he does this all the time. He then took the car and my money and when asking for it back, his response was "f*ck you b*tch."

I offered to pay him the balance many times, and due to his "paper trail" restrictions, wasn't able tio drive the hour out of my way to give him cash. This guy is a wanna be thug, and it's really quite humorous to hear this old fat guy talk like this. So, in the end, if you want some comedy, Rich is a great guy to go see. If you want a car buying experience that doesn't involve lies and misleadings, and in the end being robbed. Stay away from this guy, he is Dallas' answer to misery.

To Whom It May Concern:

As it relates to the complaint filed by Bret McNamara, our firm adamantly denies all of the false allegations.

In actuality, in purchasing a 2007 Nissan Altima on 2/18/12, Bret McNamara paid fifteen-hundred dollars ($1,500.00) as a portion of a three-thousand dollar ($3,000.00) down payment, for which he signed a binding Agreement to pay the remaining balance by 2/22/12, as indicated on the enclosed ‘Retail Installment Contract and Security Agreement’.

Despite having full legal authority to repossess the vehicle on 2/22/12, our staff was overly gracious and allowed Bret extra time to cover his remaining balance. Despite his assertions, Bret McNamara was very deceitful throughout this entire process, and made several arrangements to come to our offices and pay his outstanding balance, which he never honored. After several broken promises on his part, our staff contacted the finance company, had his deal voided, repurchased the contract, and then initiated a legitimate repossession of the vehicle.

In the end, these unfortunate events were a direct result of Bret McNamara irresponsible conduct and failure to honor a legal and binding Agreement. In effect, Bret McNamara breached his original ‘Retail Installment Contract and Security Agreement’ and thus is not legally entitled to any refund. Moreover, in line with existing guidelines, our firm has notified Bret McNamara via certified mail and will treat his account accordingly given his blatant Default. It is also important to point out that his complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Dallas was rejected due to its lack of merit!

We do, however, welcome the involvement of the Better Business Bureau of Dallas, and are willing to gladly comply with any additional requests on behalf of your organization. Feel free to direct all future correspondences to our offices by fax at (888) 486-0170 or by mail at P. O. Box 701687 | Dallas, TX 75370. Blake Dowell...Another Ungrateful, Irresponsible Loser!

As it relates to the complaint filed by Blake Dowell, our firm adamantly denies all of his false and very misleading allegations.

In actuality, in purchasing a 2007 Chevrolet Impala, Blake Dowell signed a binding 'Agreement to Provide Insurance' and then failed to get insurance in a reasonable time frame. While we initially gave him over two (2) weeks to provide our company with coverage for the vehicle, he demonstrated that he is very childish, immature and irresponsible and failed to do so. Several members of our staff attempted to contact Blake time and time again to get him to follow through on his promise to get insurance, and he deliberately did not answer the phone and refused to return several messages from our office. During this process, Blake Dowell openly admitted that he had grown 'frustrated' with his inability to get insurance and therefore deliberately stopped taking calls from our office.

Meanwhile, Blake Dowell continued to drive the car with no insurance, which placed our firm at great risk. Our staff later discovered that Blake Dowell presently has a 'suspended license' due to his reckless and irresponsible behavior in the past, and as a result was unable to get legitimate auto insurance as promised. In the end, the vehicle was repossessed for 'no insurance' and despite his repeated lies, Blake Dowell was promptly notified of the repossession and provided with a detailed explanation.

In the end, these unfortunate events were a direct result of Blake Dowell's irresponsible conduct and failure to honor a legal and binding Agreement. In effect, Blake Dowell breached his original ‘Retail Installment Contract and Security Agreement’ as well as the legally binding 'Agreement to Provide Insurance' and thus is not legally entitled to any refund.

We do, however, welcome the involvement of your organization and will gladly comply with any additional requests.
