Complaint Review: Destiny Foundation Repair

Destiny Foundation Repairs failed to finish their project and hold up their end of the bargain.  We hired them to level our house and to repair the corroded cast iron piping underneath the foundation.  The project, which supposed to only take 5 days, has now lasted for three weeks and is still not complete.  

Now, we cannot get anyone out to finish their work and properly repair the plumbing.  There have been holes left in my garage flooring for over a week.  Now, we are getting the runaround and no one is answering the telephones.  

The foundation repairs, we just found out, were performed illegally as they did not pull permits from the City of Pasadena.  We found this out today when the City of Pasadena came out unexpectantly.  We are now having difficulty getting another company out to complete the work.  We have been without a washing machine/kitchen sink for two (2) weeks.  Their workers who show up do not speak any English and are unable to communicate with you.  They have to call someone else via telephone in order to answer questions.

If you are considering using this company in the future, DO NOT.  They are ripoff artists, their word means, they perform shotty work and do not complete their work.  The salesman, JJ, is the only one you can communicate with and he keeps saying "i will check with my boss".  This has been the same response for over a week.

Now our calls are being blocked and no communication is taking place.
