Unimaginable grief that this company Destiny Research ie.( Maria Duval)  committed on my elderly father. He finally broke down and come to me with evidence that these thieves had been helping themselves to regular withdrawals on his VISA card sometimes 3 to 4 or more per month. Traced the postal box to The UPS Store Woodbridge Ontario. VISA is handling it from their end ( Fraud Investigation Dept.)  but I contacted the UPS store myself. I put a complaint in against these scammers operating out of this location and told the store manager that UPS is complicit as well for allowing such a scam to continue operating.

As soon as I checked this company out on the internet it registered complaint after complaint from consumers being ripped off. Not blaming Visa, but so much for their hyped security features when it shows transactions on his card all on the same day from I bet the same scammers in Windsor Ont./ Bourg en Bresse France/Dublin Ireland. Wow! that's some transatlantic travelling that my father was able to do and use his Visa Card at all three locations. He learned an expensive lesson for his deeds and that you NEVER EVER EVER EVER give any financial information to anyone even if the POPE is standing outside your doorstop. Cancelled his credit cards. Sorry Maria or whoever the @#$% you are but your monthly deduction ain't !@#$in coming in for FEBRUARY cause the tap has been shut off by his DAUGHTER!!!!!!

RE: MARIA DUVAL SCAM UPDATE TO MY ELDERLY FATHER'S SITUATION

Unfortunately, my elderly father had to claim bankruptcy in May 2010 due to all the fraudulent activities on his credit cards. The Maria Duval scammers were never contacted nor were they called in to account for their regular withdrawals on his cards. I contacted the RCMP in Thornhill and reported the ripoff. They did not want to get involved. I guess they have bigger fish to catch. I registered a complaint with Phone Busters and did not here back from them. I contacted the beter Business Bureau and filed a complaint. So in the long run the winners are the Maria Duval scammers that continue to operate out of the post office box in Woodbridge Ontario with the assistance of UPS of course.  Visa did forgive about $800.00 worth of charges probably because they could not contact these scammers. My father claimed bankruptcy after receiving the good news. Total charges on his two Visa Cards amounted to $24,000.00 and that's not including all the money orders he sent them.  Oh and he still gets their crap in the mail;  it's just not as frequent because thank goodness the tap was SHUT OFF BY HIS DAUGHTER! Lesson learned here... DO NOT CONTACT OR HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH THIS COMPANY. They could ruin you financially!
