Complaint Review: Destiny Research Center /Maria Duval Contact Person

I have recently suffered the death of my mother.  As if that wasn't bad enough, I have to handle all of her affairs, which includes her dealings with this bottom feeder called Maria Duval and the Destiny Research Center.  Before my mother died she told me she was dealing with "someone" taking money from her banking account and she swore she never gave out her info to anyone.  Obviously they took the info from a paper check she had sent them.  After her death there was another draw on her account for $45.00 and as I went to the bank and found out this leach had tapped my mother for over $200.00 and was continuing to do so.  I had to freeze her account and the rotten SOB tried to draw on it again 2 weeks later.  I am in the middle of dealing with the bank for overdraws because there isn't any money there and I haven't gotten the account closed yet.  I have yet to find a phone number or e-mail or even a website for this "entity".  Someone needs to stop these people from preying on society.  Isn't it illegal to tap someones account that way?  How are they getting away with this?  What are my options at this point and why did my mother have to suffer this injustice even after death!  I think a class action suite needs to be started and put this blood sucker out of commission!
