Destry Henson sold me ownership in a piece of Arizona land for $30,000. I was requried to make additional monthly payments on the land to maintain the investment. After multiple attempts to contact Mr. Henson for an update on the land, he became very evasive. I started doing some research and discovered he had sold the property and pocketed all of the proceeds. Mr. Henson has refused to return my initial investment and my portion of profits from the sale of the land.
After numerous unsuccessful attempts to recover my investment, I sued Mr Henson. I received a default judgement for $48,686.72 in Nevada. Mr.Henson has not paid me back 1 cent.
My advice to anyone contemplating entering into any type of business transaction with Destry Henson would be to run the other way. In my opinion, he is a bona fide crook.

I recently found out that Destry Henson is now associated with a company called Buy Direct Builder LLC. I have no information regarding this company, but I can say that Destry Henson is a con artist. Hopefully Buy Direct Builder LLC has performed their due diligence on Mr. Henson and his background. Please use caution if approached by Destry Henson to enter into any type of business transaction. I would hate to see the lives of others damaged by this crook. Please feel free to research my default judgment against Destry Henson in Clark County, Nevada (case number A547534).

To anyone living in or around Tucson, Arizona: Please use caution if solicited or approached by Destry Henson for any type of security service. I recently discovered he is trying to sell ADT Security Systems (more than likely as a reseller) and he is calling himself the Regional Marketing Director. Destry Henson has committed fraud against my family in Las Vegas and he has now moved to Arizona. I have a judgment against him that he is trying to avoid. In my opinion, he should not be trusted with your security needs or any other type of business transaction. More to follow shortly......
