Complaint Review: Dectective Choice

I paid $30 to become a member of Detective Choice for 1 year. The website detectivechoice.com" advertised that they provide a software to do search on thousand of databases to do a background check without additonal cost to members.

After I enrolled, I found that there were nothing free on detectivechoice.com. Every search has be paid once again. All they provide are links which takes you to other affiliates websites where he can make more commission when you sign-up - if when you are not smart enough.

For example to do an address search, you have to pay $137 - see what a scam when you can get it for $9.95 else where without any membership fee. He misleads you in first place to join and makes you click on a button which say "I agree" - in small letters where he indicates non-refundable once joined. So he knows people will cancel the membership when they realize they have been cheated, so he plays this kind of trick to keep your money.

This website is a big rip-off. This site should be shut down. It just takes your money for a ride. I was so annoyed when I found out how I was misled and felt betrayed. I even immediately cancelled my membership at once. The owner of the site still refused to issue a refund but I will fight back. As an advise, be careful everyone!!!
