This company is a scamming company to hook in people with bad credit. My friend bought one of the homes in February and he is already facing an eviction with over $12,000.00 taxes owed to Wayne County for a home not worth more than $5,000.00.
He gets threatening letters stating that if he doesn't pay, he will get evicted. He went to their office to pay and was in line with other unhappy clients who also got eviction letters.
This is a scam land contract deal. These people are SCAMMERS. Stay away if you know what is good for you!
