Complaint Review: Developer Marketing Group and Shawn Martin Kojima

These guys are complete scammers. Shawn Kojima aka Shawn Martin Kojima is heading up the scam. He was one of the main guys at Mentors of America. Shawn Martin Kojima has only made money over the last 10 years by taking money from old people through telemarketing. He promises them training on "How to Make money with Real Estate" then he does none of the training but gets a convicted pedophile John Arthur Cluff of Utah to do a few calls with them. They even promise to buy properties with the money but don't.

After a few weeks they tell the person it is their fault they are not successful and disappear with their money.

Shawn Kojima just recently built a small mansion up in Herriman, Utah on the hill. He transferred the title of his home into a private trust so no one can take it when he gets sued. He even laughs about the fact the government can't take it (FBI).
