Devilbiss Air Power Company ripoff the business that doesn't give a dam Customer NON-SERVICE Jackson Tennessee
I purchased one of their air compressors, about 5 years ago.
The $3.00 electical motor brushes took a dump...as they are SUPPOSED TO DO. I contacted all of their "Factory Authorized Service Centers"...what a JOKE! No help, whatsoever! I decided to call Devibiss, directly to "solve my problem". After countless hours of listening to their Muzak, I finally got ahold of a "human being"...only to be put on hold again...more Muzak!
I was told that they don't sell replacement parts for it, to send it back...BIG $$$$ OR, I could buy a whole new motor assembly....for more $$$$ than the WHOLE compressor cost new! I likened this to a set of windshield wipers, going bad on a car and having to throw away the whole car, because you couldn't just buy the wipers...ABSURD!!!
