I JUST WANT TO SAVE YOU HASSLES IN DEALING WITH DEVIN LITTLE LOCATED IN PRESCOTT, CHINO, AZ AREA.
HE USED TO WORK FOR CHINO HEATING & COOLING IN CHINO, AZ. HE GOT KICKED OUT OF THE COMPANY WHEN HIS DADDY, WHO IS THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY, FOUND OUT HE WAS DOING AIR CONDITIONING JOBS BEHIND HIS BACK WHEN HE USED TO WORK FOR HIM DOING THE BIDDING FOR THE COMPANY.
UNFORTUNATELY, I NEEDED WORK ON MY OWN HOME, RELOCATING MY AIR CONDITIONING UNIT. & JUST LIKE EVERY ONE ELSE, WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO SAVE MONEY, YOU GO TO SOME ONE YOU KNOW, BECAUSE I KNEW HE WAS THE CHINO HEATING & COOLING OWNERS SON, & HE HAD MENTIONED IT TO ME TOO.
OFCOURSE DAY-ONE HE SHOWED UP, TO PICKUP PART OF THE MONEY TO BUY MATERIALS, THEN, HE CAMED BACK A FEW DAYS LATER TO START WORKING ON THE RELOCATION OF THE UNIT, JUST LIKE ANY LOOSER, HE WENT ONLY HALF ASST. ON THE JOB, THEN I TRIED TO CONTACT HIM TO COME BACK & FINISH IT UP, SEND OUT A CREW OF WORKERS TO FINISH IT UP, BUT THE CREW LEADER THAT WENT BY THE NAME OF MARCUS SAID THAT THEY WERE THERE TO FINISH THE JOB WITHIN TWO DAYS, BUT THAT THEY STILL NEEDED THE REST OF THE MONEY TO BUY A FEW THINGS THEY STILL NEEDED. THEY ONLY WORKED HALF A DAY & SAID THEY WHERE COMING BACK THE NEXT DAY TO FINISH IT UP WITH THE REST OF THE MATERIALS & AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ZONING TO INSTALL. WELL THEY NEVER CAMED BACK.
SO I CALLED DEVIN, AND HE SAID, ------WELL, I HAD TO SHOVEL SOME DIRT, THAT WASNT PART OF THE DEAL. BESIDES I DIDNT CHARGE YOU ENOUGHT MONEY FOR THE WORK I DID UP TO NOW FOR YOU, AND SAID TO ME THAT HIS DADDY HAD FOUND OUT ABOUT HIM DOING JOBS BEHIND HIS BACK, AND THAT HE DIDNT WANT TO DO THAT ANYMORE. SO CALL DADDY AND ASKED HIM TO LET HIS LITTLE KID DO THE RESPONSIBLE THING & FINISH UP WITH HIS CONTRACT, BUT HE SAID HIS SON SAID THAT I OWED HIM MONEY (LIAR), AND THAT HE WASNT RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS ACTIONS. (HEY NO WONDER YOU KID, IS THE WAY HE IS DADDY.) I KNOW YOU ARE VERY DISSAPOINTED IN YOUR SON, BUT YOU ARE NOT DOING HIM ANY GOOD BY PROTECTING HIM.
I HEARD DEVIN IS STARTING HIS OWN LANDSCAPING COMPANY, BEWARE OF THIS INDIVIDUAL, WHO UNDERBIDS ANY OTHER COMPANIES JUST TO DO A JOB HALF-ASST & TAKE MONEY FROM YOU.
IN FACT A GUY FROM PROFAB COMPANY IN PRESCOTT WHO CAMED TO FINISH UP THE JOB SAID THAT HE HAD WORK WITH DEVIN LITTLE IN THE PAST, AND THAT HE WAS NOT MATURE ENOUGH TO HANDLE BUSINESS, & THAT HE HAD TROUBLE A LOT OF TIMES IN THE PAST WITH HIM.
DEVIN, YOU ARE NOT A REAL BUSINESS MAN LIKE YOUR DADDY, SO QUIT RIPPING PEOPLE OFF & JUST GET A REGULAR PER HR PAYING JOB WHICH IS WHERE YOU SHOULD BE.
FOR ANYONE THAT HAS BEING A VICTIM BY DEVIN, PLEASE WRITE IN A RIPOFF REPORT. TO HELP OTHERS.

Hello my name is Devin Little and in January of 2009 a report was posted on this forum about me and my personal business that was far from the truth about what had happened on a heating and cooling SIDEJOB and I would like to clear it up. The person that has posted these things about me is named Julio and I met him at his place of work (Meco) that is no longer in business. It was set up between us for me to help him relocate his existing heating and cooling system ON THE SIDE since I myself was not a company. A price was set and the work began. After about the 3rd day of work it was clear that his list of things for me and Marcus to do for him had some how increased about five pages long. This also included Jack hammering out about 80 square feet of rock and soil from the crawl space. After reviewing the extra materials that where needed to fullfill his needs more money was needed to purchase these items. After not getting paid for all the extra work that was performed on the job I had no choice but to pull my crew off until it was resolved. After I could see that it was not going anywhere there was nothing else that I could do for the Gentleman. I am a very honest and trustworthy man and enjoy helping others, but when I start getting taken advantage of, it doesn't set too well with me. I am no longer doing side jobs and the truth be told I quit working for my Dad and went to work for Brennan Aire because of some family differences. The only reason I was doing side jobs in the first place was to provide for my family through the hard times. I have been born and raised in Chino Valley and would not be willing to throw my reputation down the drain because of some miscommunication on a side job. I never do any job half asst as Julio described in his very long and drawn out letter. When I do a Job I do not leave the job until the customer is fully satisfied. If I have learned anything from this experience Julio, it is to make sure that everyone is on the same page from the get go and not to just assume that I will get paid for all my hard work and effort without a SIGNED CONTRACT. OH, and just some more food for thought, The employee that was mentioned from Profab Company that finished the work was most likely one of Chino's old disgruntled employee's. So thank you for reading this and considering the fact that there is 2 sides to every story. Julio, if there is anything else that you would like to try and work out or talk about please call me, I feel like this is very childish and is something that can be resolved.
