Complaint Review: Devin Scott

Devin Scott said he had two one male one female rottweiler puppies availiable for free all i had to pay for was shipping. He had the shippers email me and call with what i was supposed to do. They had me pay to an Enow Daniel in Limbe Cameroon $450.00 through Western Union so that the puppies could be shipped and delivered to me at my doorstep.

Once this was done the sent me another email showing me what day they were shipped and when i was supposed to recieve them. The very next day they said that the puppies couldnt be shipped because of insurance. They told me i needed to pay $1991.00 in the next 72 hours or the animals werent going to be shipped and a animal cruelty report would be filed.

I did some research and found out that this happens a lot and that if they ask money to be sent to cameroon it is most likely a scam. I called the pet shipper company back and asked to recieve the registration papers via fax for show of good faith. They gave me a million and one excuses and i went ahead and cut my losses.
