Cheryl Bidner And Shelley Cash at Devonshire Consulting International are running a fraudulant ponzi scheme milking customers out of there hard earned dollars.
Cheryl Bidner and Shelley Cash are Luring customers into buying natural colored diamonds that are not even properly certified. They promised to buy my stone back at a 25% apreciation that was promised to me by lee or Ira Cash, Shelleys so called son. The did this so that I would spend more money with them. It was a scam. After looking into Mrs.Bidner i found out she was involved in many telemarketing scams as well as Shelley Cash and his Son. They are full out scammers. This company is milking money out of investors. Plaese beware of ther false promises.

Amazing how 2 n a half years ago Cheryle Bidner was being cast in the limelight and now she claims everyone else except her is a fraud....where there is smoke there is fire--Today in almost August 2013 she is trying to turn the focus away from herself and on to others like Shelley Cash and Lee Cash but the reality is that she is really the one that the focus was and still should be on. look closely and dont be diswayed ---
