The account representative for my company called to ask if I wanted to renew my one year advertising in Dex Media. I told them no. They conveniently forgot to update my cancellation in their computer system. 

I called up to complain that I was still getting billed and want to cancel. The representative that I spoke with said that because it had already gone to print I would have to pay for another year of advertising in their book. I told them that I had cancelled a while back and they didn't have any record of it in their system and that there was nothing that they will do for me. This place is a rip off. Their overpriced and have deceptive practices. I realize that the print industry isn't doing so well now that everyone is online, but this is rediculous. Avoid them at all costs!
