Dex one advertising false promises and deceptive tracking Maitland Florida
I contracted Dex One to improve my business' presence on the internet. They promised to significantly increase my referals buy a certain percentage. They stated that this will be measured by tracking emails, phone calls and clicks on our ads. If the referals did not significantly increase within six months they guarnteed to do whatever it took to increase it to meet their promissed goal.
After three months, all contact stopped and they continued to indicate progress. Upon review of calls, the majority were telemarketing calls or hang ups. Emails would be indicated when none were recieved.
Dex would indicate significant increase in the campaign but we werent recieveing any refferals. In one year, they indicated a 318% increase in our traffic. We have seen only 1%, that being generous.
Save your money and look for a reputable company to do business with.
