Here we go again the company changes the name because JAY Wilson has screwed over too many people. This company has 2 owners (directors) Jay Wilson and Bryan Endsley. Having worked there for a few months I figured out that there are two companies Bryans & Jay Wilsons. If for some reason you do decide to work there pray or ask to work under Bryan at least he cares. Jay Wilson is probably the reason they had to change the name. He never does what he says he going to do He over promises and never delivers. When I started back in June this guy (Joe) took me on an interview at SAMS Club he was assigned as my coach and trainer and Jay Wilson was his boss. MY interview was a long day handing out flyers in a SAMS club. We made on 12 dollars that day. Which Joe said was normal. After he asked me inappropriate questions such as what my religion, race, political views and if I was gay or not!! Cause he hated homo's.I took the job cause i needed the money and Bryan Endsley told me the way the job really was. Over the next week I got trained Joe and this other guy who was very talented and was one of the top reps in the office a few days after he trained me he quit and went back to the east coast & he was supposed to become a manager. He told me that it was nearly impossible to make it under Jay, He told me that the game is rigged but wished me luck. Over the next 3 months i never mad more than 300 dollars a week (and that was a good week) I even got arrested for soliciting which the requirement of the job. I had to pay a 500$ fine. When I told Jay he said that sucks you should have stayed home that day, and don't tell anyone else in the office He didn't want them quitting cause they make him money. I never got my bonus's I'm owed 450 bucks and i am also missing 900 bucks from Joe who pocketed my money from working in SAMS club for 10 days of work. The bottom line with this company it cost me money to work there I had $3000 dollars in my bank when i started this company & now I have NEGTIVE-$2000. I was lied to by Jay Wilson Treated like a slave working 14hours a day. & I never got my college internship credits signed by Jay. When I went back He told me to piss off and acted like he didn't know me. Bryan Endsley singed the forms for me and apologize for what I had to deal with. I guess I'LL never see my money he owes me.

Know this going in you don't work for sports teams, you are a door to door sales man wearing a suit in 112 degree weather. And if you don't make Jay a few
Hundred Dollars per day. He belittles you, degrades you and makes fun of you in front of the whole office. He did to me many many times and to others every morning "He calls it a morning or evening Impact meeting" Although I never saw Bryan Endsley do this.
You would have to be insane or have a good coach like Bryan to join the company it's not a job it's a pyramid scheme. DON'T BE AN IDIOT GET A JOB
When I finish school in may I know not to apply to any entry level marketing & sales company's

My Horror Story

#3UPDATE EX-employee responds

Wed, September 23, 2009

I agree 100% with the above posts, and just have to share my horror story with everyone. Hopefully I can help others avoid the same pain I went through! Back in October of 2008 I first interviewed with DFW Affiliates, some large guy that went to open up an office in Austin interviewed and loved me. I had to finish up the semester at school - so I did. I went in for another interview with Bryan in December (December 14) and got invited out for an all-day interview with Joe. The same Joe mentioned previously in these other reports. It was VERY cut-throat, with intense questions, quizzes, etc. With this sort of interviewing, you'd think they were paying you a base salary of 30k at least..nope, its an all comission job! Something they very much downplay. I was waking up at 5:50am, putting on my suite, driving an hour to the office for the morning "Impacts", driving to Sam's Club or the "field", then driving back to the office at 5pm. I would then leave the office around 6 or 7pm. So it was about 13 hour days I was working, making little to NO money. I spent about 7 days inside a Sam's Club and another 4 or 5 out in the "field" - and quit a few days after Christmas (totaling about 2 weeks of work..). In the Sam's clubs, I would be RUNNING - literally RUNNING - around the store, telling people to come see our "special promotions". As practice for learning to run so fast, my "mentor" would tell me to go get an item and bring it back to her within 90 seconds. HORRIBLE! They called her "kentucky", I forget her name. She was very nice, I'll give her that. She claims to make $100 a day in the Sam's clubs, but days when I would work alongside 2 others, we would make almost NOTHING - maybe $12 each or something. Out in the "field" , it was VERY cut-throat. We would drive MY or another member's car, drive for an hour or so to an "area", and literally RUN from business to business. The same for residential areas. As soon as we hit the sidewalk, we were told to RUN - in our SUITES. Sales were horrid, some people made a little money..I'm excellent at selling and presenting, but made nothing! In the 2-3 weeks of work, I made $100 in training and $20 for the rest. That's $120 for 2-3 weeks of work! It was a horrible time in my life, I MAXED OUT my credit card, spent ALL my savings, and had almost NO MONEY for Food and Gas! When I would go home at night, some nights I would cry from how stressed, tired, and broke I was! Stay away from this company, PLEASE!

I just have to say that after reading this, I am NOT surprised. Jay is nice to you, but I do believe it is a front. Bryan is an exceptional person, but that's probably why people under him don't stay in the business for too long because they realize that all those "opportunities" given to them aren't really that bountiful. Everyone lies to get their bonuses... to get further in the business.. They hope to get out of the field within months, but how can you even pay rent on what you make (or more like don't) make? I am glad I got out when I did and I know they'll probably hate me for it. It's fine, cause I got a lot of negativity on behalf of various people just being there. I couldn't agree more with what you say about Joe. He is obnoxious, manipulative, and sneaky. I guess most of them are and you CAN'T trust them. To everyone thinking of applying: the people there seem nice and energetic, but it's all a lie because they have to be "energetic" in order to keep everyone there. If you show your true feelings you are reprimanded because you're not supposed to act like it's a difficult job. Working in a suit under such weather conditions? I had to be in the rain and ice with my suit pants soaked and my tie ruined, ended up with the flu but that's not important to them. Everyone was scared to say anything..except JUICE. People kept saying they had their own companies and DECIDED to get this job. Later come to find out: BIG LIES. The compensation is atrocious, the expectations are ridiculous and borderline slave-like. You work 12 hour days and sometimes longer with meetings in the morning and at night. And they are purely BS meetings, too. It's repetitive and they only do that to act like it's really a good job and we're all in the "student mentality." They say saturdays are optional but if you don't make it, then you're treated badly and talked about. I thought I made a few colleagues, who would tell me of the lies of others and everything was being kept hush-hush. But even those would turn their back on you in a second. They talk about being loyal but it's only to be loyal to what makes them look good. No one is to be trusted except the front desk girl, Natalie. And that is only because she doesn't have to trample on you to get ahead. BEWARE of pyramid schemes; you'll always start at the bottom and only the lucky get out of it.
