June of 2005. I paid almost $9,000.00
- Randy's crew was unreliable and slapped on fiberglass using old gel coat. Never dried properly and places where coating was thin cracked away from the shell within 6 months.
- Pool developed leaks in late 2005.
- New tile started popping out within 8 months. Tile grout was not sealed and washed away quickly.
- He installed a new pump for me and wired it wrong. Left beer cans and cig. butts around the site and failed to remove any of the trash, old pump or large boxes. I had to hire someone to fix it and do start up for me.
- I tried to reach randy for months and reported him to BBB in 2006. The BBB informed me that several other reports had been filed and also ignored.
