For several months my company has had an ongoing professional
relationship with DH Hospitality Group, which; oblivious to me, had I did my
research, I would had known of their unprincipled, deceitful business
practices. With multiple projects completed to their satisfaction no payments
have been made to our finance department. In an effort to resolve this matter
communication through emails and phone calls are made daily, but to no avail DH
has yet to reach out and settle this account. This posting is a warning for any
company that has a prospective project or current project in execution, DH
Hospitality Group is a third party company that subcontracts to other companies
(who do the work in an expedient manner), who habitually promises payment

within a 30 day period, and in addition to that, miss inform companies of
mailed payments that have yet to be received. You are informed, apply accordingly
and proceed with caution.

Recently hired to execute marketing responsibilities for DH Hospitality, and in doing research on the web I found this complaint written some time ago.  Further research with DH Hospitality led me to write this response to let everyone know the company took action to get the complaint resolved. Due to time change differences, east coast vs west coast, payment to this customer was not received at the exact time the customer requested.  However as a small business owner and a start up company at that time, we were happy we could find a way to resolve the payment in an effective means of transmitting the funds.
