Purchased what was supposed to be an English speaking Optimus Prime Transformer Truck, in an English box. I sent numeroud emails asking them to verify it was English speaking.  They said it was. After waiting 2 months to receive it arrived in a Chinese box. 

Contacted DHGATE and seller requesting refund.  They kept giving me the run around and trying to get me to keep it.  I told them it was for my nephew, who could not speak Chinese.  They eluded to the fact that perhaps he could learn.  I told them I would not be responsible for return shipping, as they had misrepresented product.

I asked for a prepaid return label.  I emailed the seller numerous times.  DHGATE said they were investigating. Weeks went by. I received an email from DHGATE, saying I could get a discount return product at my expense. I emailed them back, saying I would return for refund, but I would not pay for the return shipping as I would not have ordered if I knew it only spoke Chinese.

I have repeatedly emailed asking for address, which they finally gave me, but no prepaid label.  I have writtent them numerous times asking for prepaid label.  I told them I would not send C.O.D. as I do not trust seller to pay and I would be liabel for shipping if they don't.

This website is a total ripoff.  Buyers beware. They have a lot of glitz and glamour, and post on it that they have a process to protect buyers, but they don't.  Do not believe them.
