DHL; Berkley Risk Administrators; Crawford And Co; Beth O'Neil DHL Van crushed my vehicle and my back - won't pay; Insurance is a RIP-OFF Plantation Florida
A DHL Delivery Van was driving in reverse in the middle of the roadway, and literally drove on top of my vehicle. DHL has not acted in any manner whatso ever. The insurance company has resisted each step of the process. Incomplete repairs of the vehicle, would not provide replacement vehicle to drive during repairs, accused me of damaging vehicle, falsified reports and information, will not pay diminished value on vehicle. I am in pain daily with no improvement. Extreme stress in dealing with insurance co - Berkley Risk Administrators causes even more health issues. No end in sight!!!!
