DHL Express ripoff Plantation Florida
DHL without a doubt is the worse delivery company in the business. I sent an OVER NIGHT package on Thursday of last week for a Friday delivery. Late afternoon on Friday I was contacted by my client saying no package had been delivered. I called DHL & was told their drivers in Orlando were very busy & they were not sure delivery would be made today. Very late Friday night I was called by DHL & said they were to busy today but would try on Saturday. Well at 11:36 am on Saturday the shipment was delivered BUT GUESS WHAT... They dropped the package off at God only know's where adrress in Orlando. Now it is 1:40 on Monday & a supervisor is trying to locate package so they can try to redeliver!! Their competitors have nothing to worry about. This company should be Airborne like the company they purchased.
DO NOT USE DHL!!!

I just received a call from my client in FL, after spending the entire morning with DHL lies I found out the driver left the package at a deserted house !! I made them retrace their steps & find package.. Client just received the package that was sent for LAST FRIDAY delivery !! DHL retains the top honor of being THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE !! From now on I will race the big brown truck !!

My son forgot his backpack at his friend's house, which is about an hour and a half away. So his mother said she would ship it DHL in order to get it quickly, as he needed it for school. Well, after a couple of days, I got the tracking number from her, and this backpack went from Janesville, Wisconsin to Racine, Wisconsin, via South Carolina, Florida, PANAMA, finally coming back into the country and back to Wisconsin two weeks later. Of course, she got a refund, but they could offer no explanation for what happened. I will never use them, nor recommend them.
