Purchased overnite delivery envelope from manager behind counter on monday dec 22 at 9am. box supposed to pick up at 6pm. boxed wasnt pick uped until nextday . package delivered on wed the 24th. i paid an extra $15 for a service that im told by DHL was stopped in Nov. manager selling a service that does not exist. he has envelopes that are a fraud. the box has ads on it for the service thats not available.
