I paid for overnight shipping to a downtown address. The delivery was never attempted for two days even though they logged it as "attempted". (I know this because I was home the entire time, had signs posted over my entrance and front door for the driver to leave the package (which was no signature required), and I had called DHL the day before with delivery instructions). I live in a high-end condo building so there is no reason for the package to have not been there or for the delivery person to not ring my doorbell. There was no ?ticket? left as evidence of their attempt.

After two days, I rerouted the package to an Embassy Suites hotel (open 24/7) and was guaranteed delivery for Monday (no show), Tuesday (no show), Wednesday (no show)...who knows if I will see this package on Thursday or not. Although I have gotten my $18 refund for the delivery charges, I have spent over 2 hours on my cell phone talking with DHL reps who continue to ?guarantee next day delivery? which continues to fail! DHL has failed miserably. As far as I can tell online, the package is 1,000 miles away in a sorting facility. My package was supposed to be delivered Friday, then Saturday, then Monday, then Tuesday, then Wednesday...Will I ever see my package? This is fraud.
