DO NOT USE DHL TO SHIP YOUR PACKAGES! I SHIPPED A PACKAGE ON 12-20 AND IT WAS SIGNED BY SOMEONE OTHER THAN THE PERSON FOR WHOM THE PACKAGE WAS INTENDED FOR ON 12-22- NOW THE PACKAGE IS IN SOMEONE ELSE'S HANDS AND KNOWING THAT THEIR NAME WAS NOT ON IT DID NOT TURN IT INTO THE MAIN OFFICE OF THE APARTMENT COMPLEX- DHL WROTE THE WRONG ADDRESS DOWN!

My inlaws just received their opened package- I had to tell them what was inside so the suprise was ruined- DHL still stinks and I will spread the word that they are a company NOT to use!
DHL told me that their driver signed a ficticious name to mine and to the rest of his deliveries on his route that day- He left all packages by the front door for anyone to take or he could of taken them himself- DHL dropped the ball big-time and opened the door for thievery and I can't be apart of that!
