Complaint Review: DHL

I have never ever ever had a positive experance with DHL. In my first complaint to them 6 months ago, A driver left a package at my apartment door unsecured and the package was stolen. They refused to fix the problem and it wasnt untill I contacted the coperate offices that they finally go a move on. The ladys that work and run the office in Bradley, IL shipping center was rude, would not give employee id numbers, officall titles, or names.

Fast Forward 6 months.. Last week I had my first package delivered via DHL in over 6 months. I want home when DHL attempted the first package. I called the local office to resechedule delivery. They reshedule it for the next morning. Next morning comes, and no package. I once again call the local office and get rude costomer service. Come to find out that the delivery driver who was suppost to deliver the packaged, pawed the package off on another driver who would be delivering in the town that evening instead of in the morning. They ended up redelivering the package that day after I threated to sue them and complain to there coperate office for the rude coustomer service.

Fast forward two days. This morning I have been home all morning. Went to go check my mail and saw a dhl slip on my door. The delivery driver never rang the door bell, never knocked on the door, and DHL never called. I never knew the driver was here. Call up the office and say WTF as I have been home all morning. Once again the lady in the office starts cussing me out and says she answers to no one when asked for her boss. They are refusing delivery and the local office continues to provide the worst costomer service in the world.

STAY AWAY FROM DHL. SHAME ON DHL and SHAME ON THE office over in BRADLEY ILLINOIS. They have a history of screwing things up and the whole office needs to be fired!!!
