Samir Dhruv aka Samir Kapadia aka Samir Shah running his Computer Sales and Service business as Dhruv Computers and one of the leading assembled systems vendor in Maninagar, Ahmedabad is a typical scumbag thug involved in large scale bribing, tax evasion, and corruption.

He has been selling assembled computer systems from his Maninagar office with pirated Microsoft Software for over a decade now.

I saw him bribing government official when I was sitting in his office for inquiring about new system. No wonder why there is a crackdown against others on software piracy but such vendors who are involved in multi crore piracy scams are not even on radar.

I as a resident of Maninagar - the constituency of Narendra Modi, feel shocked that its so easy to bribe officers here and people like Samir are not punished by any govt officials.
