Complaint Review: DHS WORKER ISSAR C. SANTA (TORRES)

i would like to find other people who had the intake worker issar santa that works for dhs in philadelphia. She did my intake work completely wrong and cause so much stress and pain in my family and to my children.

PLEASE if you like to share andy stories about dhs in philadelphia especially against this worker lets work together so she doesnt destroy familys like she has dont and trying to continue doing.

 MS SANTA abuses her power as  worker and misguides children and tries to munipulate adults i know god will tke care of such a person but i definitly want to know who else is out there cause i KNOW I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE SHE DID THIS TOO please contact me
